Our editorial method
How Beste Taxateur checks information, compares valuers and separates independent content from commercial visibility.
A comparison should be verifiable
Our first release uses general criteria and official sources. When we later add individual valuers or companies, we will record what was checked, when it was checked and which source supports it. We will not publish a score that cannot be traced to evidence.
Consistent comparison points
Depending on the search intent, we may assess purpose and report acceptance, property type, coverage, verifiable registration where relevant, process, reporting, timing, total cost and transparency. Not every point matters equally to every visitor. We explain why a criterion matters instead of forcing every provider into one universal ranking.
Commercial relationships
Providers may later pay for clearly labelled placement or referral. That does not change the editorial criteria. Paid links will be qualified with rel="sponsored" where appropriate and will not be presented as independent recommendations. Read the commercial relationships policy.
What we do not do
We do not invent reviews, registrations, prices, local coverage or customer outcomes. We do not copy provider pages or create near-identical local pages without unique information. Incomplete or outdated information is flagged or left unpublished.
Beste Taxateur helps you organise information and compare providers. The final requirements for a report or financing decision come from the relevant lender, adviser, municipality or other party.
