# About Beste Taxateur

Beste Taxateur is a Dutch and English platform for practical information, decision support and transparent comparison around residential valuation.

## Information before the instruction

Beste Taxateur helps home buyers, sellers, homeowners, expats, mortgage advisers and estate agents organise valuation information. We explain Dutch terms, publish practical guides and build comparisons around verifiable criteria.

We are not a valuer, valuation company, mortgage adviser or estate agent. We do not carry out valuations or issue reports. The website is a starting point for research, not personal financial, tax or legal advice.

## Why two languages?

The Dutch pages are the default version of the platform. The English section is for expats and international buyers looking for or financing a home in the Netherlands. Each language has its own URL, metadata and language references so visitors and search engines can find the right version.

## Editorial author

The guides on this platform are edited and published under the name Joel Wilke. Factual explanations are connected to checkable sources wherever possible. The platform does not claim personal valuer credentials or provide valuation services.
